     The development of a society, nation or people is closely related to its educational attainments. The last few decades have witnessed a significant change in the demands on the technological fronts. Scientific and technological development and virtually every aspect of human life are impacted by the technical education of the people. Frankly speaking, by observing the supply and demand, the technical education imparting institutions have increased enormously in size. The stakeholders, namely the students, teachers, parents, government, industry and society have become much more demanding. The environment, plagued with concern of quality technical education has become an area of challenge. To fulfill this thirst of the stakeholders, Sir C. R. Reddy College of Engineering is endeavoring to generate and enhance the creative technical skill sets, by organizing a national level technical symposium every year in every branch it offers. In the progress the sixth Joint Technical Symposium “TECHFEST-2010” co-hosted by the departments CSE, ECE, EEE, EIE, IT, MECH AND MBA is scheduled to take place on 3rd February 2010. As Convener I invite all the budding Techno and Management graduates to utilize the opportunity by actively taking part in it and contribute your might to the human advancement.

     The National level joint Technical Symposium TECH FEST which was held for the first time in 2005and is truly a national gathering of intellectual emerging engineers and they took a national gathering of intellectual emerging engineers and they took every care in the dissemination of original concepts and sound materials. Held every year, TECH FEST provides with an opportunity for technocrats around the world and those interested in the field to meet and share information about their . Special screenings, Technical Presentations, panel Discussions and other sessions will focus on the contents discussed in the brochure and will be recorded for sound heritage. Attendees traditionally include engineers, technical specialists drawn from abroad cross-section of amateurs. For new comers who are vibrant, dynamic and committed community, TECHFEST-2010 will provide an invaluable opportunity to learn what is happening in the field.
