UDDANDA-AN ULTIMATE INTELLECTUAL CONTEST.

Ist Round (Written test):

     Here we will test the knowledge levels of the participants with respect to the current trends in the business, new products arrival, punch lines..etc.

As a young manger every one should be very good at analytical capabilities and presentation skills. So to have a test for their skills we are organizing this particular round. In this round the participant should talk on a topic positively as well as negatively.

One persons real behavior will be exhibited properly when he gets chance to lead the group.. So in this round every body will be provided with a problem to discuss & more over its the place where one has to prove his trustworthyness against a group. Not only this he has to lead the team towards problem solving, enrich all the participants towards to success, motivate the duller to cope up, incorporating the winning spirit, finalizing the solution and etc.. Only few can be the kings, like wise the Yuppies, like wise the winners.

Working in a normal Business environment is always acceptable by everybody as a manager. But working under pressure in stiff competition is always a different task. So to test out the potential of a prospective manager under pressure cooker environment is needed to select only one man as the best Yuppie of the total time. He should have certain principles in his life as well as in profession. Also he should have to get adapted to different kinds of environments , good team player, collaborator, motivator and a true leader. We are in search of the Young, Energetic and dynamic global manager.
